What I love about California Sun Center is the different varieties of beds you can use and that not all the stores have the same ones. They also always have great customer service with a smile and are professional. If I have a problem, they do whatever they can to make their customers happy and address the issue at hand. The salons are always clean and bright. They offer several types of products, and all are the top of the line. They also cater to those who may not be able to pay a lot for the product. I also love the fact that if you are not able to pay or use your tanning you can put it on hold, like I have had to do and it makes it very easy and convenient for you. They make me happy, tan and feel good about myself!! Thank You!

We are always hunting for Tanning Consultants, Management, Room Attendants, Support Center Staff, and just about anyone who can convince us they belong and can make a difference. District Manager
Professionals applying for this position should have a minimum of 3-5 years management experience. Multi-location management is preferred. District Manager will review weekly schedules for no more than eight salons, ensure all shifts are covered, and complete on-site training or coaching when needed. Experience in the tanning and retail industry is preferred and knowledge of sales is essential. This is a full-time 45+ hour per week position and applicants should have open availability.

 

Store Manger
Professionals applying for this position should have 1-2 years management experience. Experience in the tanning and retail industry is preferred and knowledge of sales is essential. Experience with recruiting and interviewing is strongly desired. Store Manger will prepare weekly schedules, ensure all shifts are covered and attend bi-weekly meetings. This is a full-time 40+ hour per week position and applicants should have open availability.

 

Assistant Store Manager
Applicants for this position will support the Store Manger in all store operations to ensure the efficiency of the salon. Previous retail and sales experience is essential. This position requires a commitment of at least 40+ hours per week.

 

Sales Associate
Applicants for this position must be customer service oriented, outgoing and friendly. Previous experience in a retail environment with knowledge of sales is strongly desired. This position will maintain store cleanliness and educate customers regarding our products and services. Scheduled hours are based on personal productivity.

 

Sales Assistant
This entry level position requires the ability to provide exceptional customer service. Sales Assistants will assist customers to their rooms as well as maintain store cleanliness. This position is part-time.
